RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the item, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, email us at vladbussinesdropship@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You must then return the item within 14 days after notifying us.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

You may inspect the item only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a physical store.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the item beyond what is reasonably necessary. Please return all included components and accessories.

Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned after their seal has been removed, where this legal exception applies.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at vladbussinesdropship@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photographs of the problem.

When the item is faulty or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law, such as replacement, repair, price reduction or refund, without charging you the necessary return cost.

EU consumers also benefit from the applicable legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the order.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For a valid withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Extra delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. After processing, your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after the order has entered processing or has been dispatched. If it has already been shipped, the applicable withdrawal and return rules will apply.
